Our previous but short comments were incomplete! After more thought, and remembering your delicious fresh food fondly, we are wondering if the Chef might share her recipes for the creamed corn with sage and the mashed sweet potatoes. Both were so yummy, and we would be grateful for any info to recreate here in Indiana. We loved all of the Cube food! Thanks for the memories. We will visit again.

While attending the 2011 Balloon Fiesta we visited your restaurant and enjoyed your unique foods including your cream style corn and sweet potato dish. Your staff was friendly and service was great. Job well done!

The Cube is my favorite! I am a one-woman-fan club! I have been bringing friends and colleagues to eat ever since I discovered you. Keep on making those healthy, locally grown dishes and dry-rub smoked bbq! You rock!

I was interning in Albuquerque for the summer and found The Cube the weekend before leaving to head back home. I had been deprived of "real bbq" for the summer until I was introduced to The Cube by a friend. I hate that I discovered this magnificient place so late! Friendly staff & great food!

My wife introduced me to the Cube, and I love it! Very innovative sides, and delicious meats. I recently discovered the BBQ sliders, and they were terrific. I must say, though, that on my visit last Friday (April 29) at lunch it seemed that they are getting a little skimpier on the meat than a few weeks ago when I first had them. I hope this was just a one-time oversight. Don't skimp on the BBQ in the sliders!
