OMG! A great place to go in person, but I called today to place an order to go without luck. The girl answered, asked me to hold, put the phone down, and then proceded to help FOUR other customers at the counter. I heard everything, waiting for her to come back to the phone! Seriously - pass the phone on to someone who can help! I wasted 15 minutes waiting for her to come back to the phone before finally giving up.
